Please allow me to introduce you to the community I love. With a history in residential and commercial real estate, and former business owner, I have the experience to match my passion for the Lake Sunapee region. I’ve been trained by the best to recognize the value of one’s word and the total satisfaction you feel in helping others. I will continue to bring a different perspective to your buying and selling process.
Let me introduce you to who I am.
I've been brought up around the water and mountains. My love of sports and active lifestyle are part of my DNA.
I've been married for 26 years and have two children. My son John is in the Navy and my daughter Colby is a Senior in College. Check out the family pictures.
I graduated from Western Connecticut College in 1979 with a Business Administration degree with a major in marketing.
My Business Career:
1979 - 1985 Eastman Kodak Company; National Account Manager - Business System Market Division - Copier Duplicatiors. I call this experience, my MBA.
1985 - 1990 Automatic Choice; Regional Director. Was responsible for buying and selling vending equipment throughout the Northeast. I call this experience, exposure at being an entrepreneur 101.
1990 - 1994 Tappen Target Marketing and Sales; President and CEO. Food Brokerage Company specialized in selling Branded products ie: Kellogs through the vending industry. Sold the business to Food Service company after building it to 5 million in sales. I call this experience my first opportunity at being an entrepreneur 201.
1994 - 2005 MunchBox Inc. President and CEO. Purchased and continued to build this vending company increasing sales by 100%. Sold the company to a friendly competitor. I call this experience getting my stride in owning and operating a business, entrepreneur 301.
2005 - Present Realtor. Associate Broker. Bean Group. Lake Sunapee Region of NH. I call this experience pursuing my passion.
I feel strongly in giving back to the community, not out of duty but out of joy. Here are some of my joys.
